- 4Vote & ApproveMembers have the power to vote and decide on approving claims based on the credibility of the case. Members can also vote to initiate further investigations
- 5Receive Community SupportTotal approved claim payout + contributions (administration and direct) equally from all Members and auto-deducted from Members digital wallets all via smart contract
What do Members need to know before submitting a claim for the Life Program?
Claim requires a minimum six (6) months waiting period from the date of joining the Life Program, with confirmation of the registration as the first day of membership
Before Member consideration, a beneficiary must submit required documentation
A claim shall include the following documentation:
a. Government-issued death certificate
b. Doctor’s statement detailing the cause and time of death
c. In case of death due to accidents or criminal actions, a police report
After filling and receiving a payout for a Life Program, no further claims may be submitted on behalf of that Member
